Profile Changes
For any membership changes, adding or changing a voicemail, new alternate phone number, or change of address, please contact your local REALTOR® Board or Association to give them the necessary information. They will then forward it to the CRIS Membership Office to update CRIS/Rapattoni MLS. It is important that member information flow first to the local board and then to CRIS.
Company Transfer
When transferring from one company to another, you must provide your local REALTOR® Board or Association with your new company information. This is to insure that both your Board or Association and CRIS/Rapattoni MLS are updated with your new company information.
Anytime agents reinstate or transfer to another realty company, their CRIS password will remain the same.
