Sending Email To All Agents in a Specific Office

Start by searching for the Office ID number...

 

Note the Office ID number of the office you wish to contact...

 

Enter Office ID number and perform an Agent Search...

 

Select all and click the Email Export button...

 

Choose the Outlook (comma separated value) option and click the Export button...

  

Select the Open option...

 

CSV file will automatically open in Excel... (Note: You must have Microsoft Excel to proceed)

  

Select and copy the column of email addresses...

 

Paste email addresses into the To: field of your email message...

 

WARNING!  Sending multiple emails to groups of email addresses may be deemed to be
"spamming" by your email provider.  Check to prevent freezing of your account.
