I use a free photo editor called IrfanView from http://irfanview.com... (NOTE: You are downloading this program at your own risk, but I have never had a problem with it!) |

| Open picture into IrfanView, then resize by clicking Image | Resize... |

Select 800 x 600, then enter 150 as the DPI and click OK... |

| Resulting image resized... |

Be sure to Save or Save as. NOTE: Save as permits you to retain the original picture by saving to another name and/or location... |

| Be sure Save quality is set to 100 and the Save as type is JPG - JPG/JPEG Format... |
